Independent Criminal Investigations
We are the only Investigative Agency in the State of Washington that does independent investigations. We believe some people were convicted simply due to "incomplete investigations". Sometimes witnesses were ignored, video was not sought out, or circumstances were not taken into consideration. We can help you have a voice. We focus only 40% of our investigation on the Discovery. Since it is the prosecutions sole discretion what is included in your discovery packet, we examine it, but we also look outside of that. We are seeking newly discovered evidence for your defense. Facts that were ignored that may bring clarity to a case. We understand not everyone is innocent, but people deserve to have a fair complete investigation.
All Private Investigators contracted with Criminal Defense Services Inc are licensed by the Washington State DOL Public Safety Division and have rock solid credibility. Our Investigators are trained to carefully investigate following all State and Federal Guidelines to ensure your evidence is collected properly and can be admitted into court.
Our agency consist of a Forensic Investigator and several Washington State licensed Private Investigators. Our staff is also equipped with a premium office assistant. Every person on our team is a high quality staff member and was hand picked because of their experience or expertise they bring to the table. All private investigators carry degrees in the Criminal Justice sector and our Forensic investigator has a degree specializing in Forensics. We work together as a team to assist in defense cases across Washington State. We can conduct our own independent Criminal Defense Investigation and evaluation of evidence used against you while conducting a Full Investigation.
